How BeeBa accounts, uploads, downloads, visibility, and moderation work.
Using BeeBa
BeeBa is a community catalog for Basis / VR worlds, avatars, props, and prefabs. These terms explain the rules for using the site. The Content Policy also applies to packages, images, descriptions, profiles, comments, and server listings.
Your account
Keep your password and access to your account email secure. Do not share account credentials, impersonate another person, or use the service to bypass access controls. If you suspect someone else has access, change your password, review your sessions, and contact BeeBa if you need help. Never send your password or recovery link to support.
Uploads and creators’ rights
Upload only material you own or have permission to share, including package contents, preview images, and descriptions. Respect the original creator’s license and attribution requirements. Make any permissions for reuse clear in your description; availability for download does not by itself grant permission to redistribute or resell someone else’s work.
You keep your rights in your work. Sharing it through BeeBa requires the service to store and process the files, create previews, and deliver the content according to the visibility you choose. This does not transfer ownership of your work to BeeBa.
Public and private content
Public content can appear in the catalog after the required checks and moderation. Public pages can display the description, images, and Basis unlock password, and provide access to published packages.
Private content is hidden from the public catalog. A private link and its unlock password can give the people you share them with access to the package while that link remains valid. Keep them private if you do not want others to access the file. Do not upload secrets or confidential personal information.
Moderation and appeals
Uploads go through quarantine and processing before publication. Passing a technical check does not automatically publish a package. BeeBa may reject or hide content, remove comments, or restrict accounts that break the Content Policy or abuse the service.
Review the status and moderation feedback in your profile. To question a decision, contact BeeBa below with the content URL, your username, and the decision you want reviewed. Do not include passwords or private access links.
Downloads and availability
Packages are provided by their uploaders. File checks and moderation reduce risk, but do not guarantee that third-party content is harmless, compatible with your setup, or free of defects. Follow the creator’s license when using downloaded material.
Uploads, downloads, and other features may be interrupted by processing, maintenance, or network problems. Keep your own copies of work you upload. Report broken or suspicious content rather than trying to bypass a restriction.
