Content Policy

What can be shared on BeeBa, how to label adult content, and how to report a problem or request a review.

Where these rules apply

These rules apply to everything you share through BeeBa: .bee packages and their contents, previews and gallery images, titles, descriptions, tags, profiles, comments, and server listings. Private visibility and an NSFW label do not exempt material from these rules.

Share content you have permission to share

You must own the material or have permission from the rights holder to upload and distribute it. Follow license conditions and attribution requirements. Do not reupload paid, leaked, stolen, or otherwise restricted material without permission. A credit or link to the creator does not replace that permission.

Prohibited content and conduct

  • Illegal content or material that facilitates exploitation or abuse.
  • Sexual content involving minors, child sexual abuse or exploitation, or sexualized depictions of minors, including fictional or generated depictions.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual exploitation.
  • Malware, credential theft, malicious scripts, or packages intended to compromise a device, account, or service.
  • Doxxing, exposed credentials, or sharing another person’s private information without permission.
  • Threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, impersonation, scams, or spam.
  • Attempts to bypass moderation, file checks, access restrictions, or other security controls.

NSFW labels and public images

Mark adult or sexually explicit packages as NSFW, even when their preview is not explicit. Keep titles, descriptions, and labels accurate so people can choose what they see.

Public-facing preview and gallery images, profile images, and server listing images must not show explicit nudity, sexual acts, or graphic violence. Use a non-explicit preview for an NSFW package. The NSFW label does not permit any prohibited content listed above.

Checks and moderation

Uploaded packages are held in quarantine while checks and processing run. Publication requires moderation; a successful scan alone is not approval. Content may be rejected, hidden, or returned for review if its files, images, or metadata break these rules. Technical checks do not guarantee that a package is safe or compatible.

Report a problem or ask for a review

When signed in, use Report on an asset page and explain the problem. If you cannot sign in, or the issue concerns a profile, comment, or server listing, contact BeeBa below. Include the public URL and a short explanation. For a rights complaint, include a reference to the original work and explain your authority to report it.

If your content or account was affected by a moderation decision, you can request a review through the same contact. Include your username, the content URL if available, and the decision you want reviewed. Do not send passwords, recovery links, or other people’s private information.
